How many times will my pup go out for relief walks?
We offer a relief walk a day for full-day daycare pups. Boarding dogs receive additional relief walks before bed and first thing in the morning as well!
Are meet and greet assessments required?
A meet and greet assessment is required to use daycare and boarding services!
When is check-out time for boarding? Is there a fee for staying past check-out time?
Check-out time for overnight boarding is the same as check-in time on the first day. If you pick up your pup after that time, there will be an extra fee of $31.99.
How should I prepare for my pup's overnight stay at Liberty Bark?
Bring pre-portioned, labeled meals so we can easily follow their diet. Provide any necessary medications with clear instructions. Bring any personal belongings such as bed, toys, or blankets. Arrive on time for check-in to ensure your pup gets prepared for bed smoothly.
Do I need to become a member to use Liberty Bark's services?
All pups are welcome to use our services without membership, however non-member rates will have a slightly higher rate.
How do I make a reservation?
You can book online through our customer portal (Gingr), by phone, text, or via email!
Do you offer memberships?
Yes! We offer a $14.99/month membership that includes lower rates for all of our services except for grooming.
Do you separate dogs by size or temperament?
Yes! Dogs are grouped based on size, temperament, and play style to ensure a safe and fun environment for all.
Do I need an appointment for grooming?
Appointments are required to ensure availability. Walk-ins are accepted for services like nail clipping.
What vaccines are required?

Do I need a reservation for boarding?
Yes, reservations for boarding are required!
Is someone on-site overnight?
Yes, we have trained staff on-site 24/7 to monitor the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care.
Where will my dog sleep during boarding?
We offer two options:
Standard Boarding: Comfortable and cozy crates in a calm, climate-controlled room
Luxury Boarding: Private suites with elevated bedding and a more home-like environment
What's required before my dog can attend daycare?
Be registered!
Pass the daycare assessment day (Meet & greet)
Be current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines
Be flea/tick free
Be spayed/neutered if over a year old of age
Can I bring my dog's bed, toys, and food for boarding?
Absolutely. We encourage bringing your dog's personal belongings and you're welcome to bring familiar items for added comfort. All items must be labeled clearly including the food. Medications are welcome too!
Do I need a reservation for daycare?
Daycare is a walk-in service, no reservations needed! Reservation only needed for Meet&Greet.
